Cargotec Shares Subscribed with Option Rights

Cargotec Corporation, Stock Exchange Announcement, September 4, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. Finnish time A total of 2,850 Cargotec class B shares were subscribed for with 2005B option rights in August 2007. The corresponding increase in Cargotec Corporation's share capital will be, in accordance with the time schedule published earlier, entered into the Finnish Trade Register by October 31, 2007. Trading of the new shares, together with the existing class B shares, will commence on the Helsinki Stock Exchange after the entry of the new shares into the Trade Register.
