We refer to the announcements dated 13 March 2026, 16 March 2026, 26 March 2026, 16 April 2026 and 23 April 2026 in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board has resolved to fix the issue price for the 2nd tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.076 per Placement Share. The issue price of RM0.076 per Placement Share represents a discount of RM0.0035 or 4.40% to the 5-day VWAP of Careplus Shares up to and including 18 May 2026, being the market day immediately preceding the price-fixing date, of RM0.0795 per Careplus Share. This announcement is dated 19 May 2026.
