Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

The Registrant is hereby furnishing the following information under Regulation FD:

On May 10, 2021, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared monthly cash dividends for its 11% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (“Series A Preferred Stock”) for June through August, 2021.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
