On November 8, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Shruti Patel, Esq., to serve as the Company’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective November 9, 2016. Prior to her appointment as General Counsel, Ms. Patel served as Senior Counsel to the Company.
