On 16 December 2025, Care Property Invest has received a transparency notification.

Following the acquisition or transfer of voting securities or voting rights, the overall percentage of voting rights exercisable by Kondrad Invest increased to above 3% on 15 December 2025.

In accordance with Article 18 §1 j° Article 6 §3 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market and containing various provisions, a notification to the issuer and the FSMA is required.

This transparency notification dated 16 December 2025 contains the following information:
