On 12 December 2025, Care Property Invest has received a transparency notification.
Following the acquisition or transfer of voting securities or voting rights, the overall percentage of voting rights exercisable by Jan Ollevier, Sakolaki NV and Tradesco BV increased to above 3% on 9 December 2025.
In accordance with Article 18 §1 j° Article 6 §3 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market and containing various provisions, a notification to the issuer and the FSMA is required.

Care Property Invest NV/SA is a Public Regulated Real Estate Company (public RREC) under Belgian law.
