On 12 December 2025, Care Property Invest has received a transparency notification.

Following the acquisition or transfer of voting securities or voting rights, the overall percentage of voting rights exercisable by Jan Ollevier, Sakolaki NV and Tradesco BV increased to above 3% on 9 December 2025.

In accordance with Article 18 §1 j° Article 6 §3 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market and containing various provisions, a notification to the issuer and the FSMA is required.

This transparency notification dated 12 December 2025 contains the following information:

Reason for the notification: Exceeding the 3% threshold as a result of acquiring or transferring securities that confer voting rights.
Notification by: A parent undertaking or a controlling person.
