Appointment of auditors

The Company notifies that, with effect from 12 April 2021, it has appointed PKF Littlejohn LLP as auditors to the Company and its subsidiaries. This appointment remains subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

As required by Section 520(2) of the Companies Act 2006 a copy of Crowe U.K. LLP's reason for their resignation is being sent to shareholders for information only. Crowe U.K LLP have resigned as auditors as the Company wishes to appoint an alternative audit firm for a combination of factors, including not being able to agree future fee levels and a lack of continuity in audit partner.
