The group, including Campmoss, specialises in property investment and development in the Thames Valley. The portfolio, valued in excess of £30m, is primarily located to the west of London, close to Heathrow Airport and in Surrey and Berkshire.

Annual General Meeting

At the company's annual general meeting held today all resolutions placed before the meeting were approved, including the final dividend of 12.5 pence per share for the year ended 30 September 2019, which will be paid to shareholders on 14 February 2020.
