Card Factory announces that Kristian Lee, Chief Financial Officer, has purchased 17,276 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 32.2998 pence per share. 

In line with the Company's Remuneration Policy (as set out in the Company's 2020 Annual Report and Accounts), one third of bonus payments (after tax) received by the CFO must be used to purchase shares in the Company, where minimum shareholding requirements are not met. 

This notification is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation and the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
