Card Factory has been notified that on 15 May 2019, the Company's CEO, Karen Hubbard purchased, in aggregate, 8,412 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 187.8p per share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Ms Hubbard's (and her connected person's) beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 138,822 ordinary shares, 0.04% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
