2024 Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

Carclo plc (the "Company or Carclo") announces that it has published its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024 and Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting, which is to be held at 11:00 am on Thursday 5 September 2024 in the Templars Suite at Novotel London Blackfriars, 46 Blackfriars Road, London, SE1 8NZ.

Copies of the documents listed below have been published on the Company's website at www.carclo-plc.com/investors, and will shortly be posted or otherwise made available to shareholders:

2.    Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting
