Carclo plc ("Carclo", the "Company") expects to announce its preliminary results for the period ended 31 March 2024 at 7.00 am on Thursday 18 July 2024.

The Company is pleased to announce that Frank Doorenbosch, Chief Executive Officer, and Eric Hutchinson, Chief Financial Officer, will provide a live presentation relating to the Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 March 2024 via the Investor Meet Company platform on 18 July 2024 at 10.00 am (BST).

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00 am (BST) on 17 July 2024, or at any time during the live presentation.
