Annual Report 2019 and Notice of General Meeting 2019

Carclo plc (the "Company"), a holding company of a global group of manufacturers of fine tolerance injection moulded plastic parts mainly for the medical, automotive lighting and optics markets, today announces that it has published its full Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2019 and Notice of General Meeting which is to be held at 3.30 pm on Thursday, 19 December 2019 at the offices of Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Milton Gate, 60 Chiswell Street, London EC1Y 4AG.

Copies of the documents listed below have today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders:

2.    Notice of General Meeting

3.    Form of Proxy for the General Meeting
