Statement re withdrawal of Consort Medical plc
Carclo plc ("Carclo" or the "Company") notes the announcement today by Consort Medical plc ("Consort") that Consort does not intend to make an offer for Carclo.
The Board of Carclo remains highly confident in the Group's prospects and standalone strategy.
