Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that 32.5% of the shares conditionally awarded on 13 July 2015 to Mr Chris Malley, Chief Executive under the Performance Share Plan 2015 ("PSP") vested on 27 July 2018.

Accordingly, Mr Malley has received 64,025 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Mr Malley sold 30,092 Ordinary Shares on 30 July 2018 at a price of 118.13p to cover the attendant tax liability. As a result Mr Malley has increased his holding in the Company by 33,933 to 293,659 Ordinary Shares representing 0.40% of the Company's issued share capital.
