The Company announces that on 24 January 2018 Mr Mark Rollins, Non Executive Director, purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 84p per Ordinary Share. In addition, on 25 January 2018 Mr Rollins purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 84.23p per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction, Mr Rollins and his connected parties hold 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13645% of the Company's issued share capital.
