Carclo plc ("Carclo" or the "Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that 50% of the shares conditionally awarded on 10 July 2014 to Mr Chris Malley, Chief Executive and Mr Robert Brooksbank, Group Finance Director under the Performance Share Plan 2014 ("PSP") vested on 10 July 2017.

Accordingly, Mr Malley has received 120,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and Mr Brooksbank has received 56,000 ordinary shares.

Mr Malley sold 88,200 Ordinary Shares on 12 July 2017 at a price of 156.75p to cover the attendant tax liability and certain other financial commitments. As a result, Mr Malley has increased his holding in the Company by 31,800 to 145,582 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.20% of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr Brooksbank sold 26,320 Ordinary Shares on 12 July 2017 at a price of 156.75p to cover the attendant tax liability. As a result, Mr Brooksbank has increased his holding in the Company by 29,680 to 302,245 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.41% of the Company's issued share capital.
