Carclo plc (the "Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 17 November 2016 Mr Robert Brooksbank, Group Finance Director, purchased, on behalf of his three children, 27,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 120.00p per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction Mr Brooksbank and his connected parties hold 272,565 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.373% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company also announces that on 16 November 2016 Mr Michael Derbyshire, Chairman, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 124.75p per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction Mr Derbyshire and his connected parties hold 70,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.095% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company also announces that on 17 November 2016 Mrs Desiree Slabbert, wife of Mr Peter Slabbert, Non-Executive Director, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 119.37p per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction Mr Slabbert and his connected parties hold 30,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.411% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company also announces that on 16 November 2016 Mr Robert Rickman, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 122.25p per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction Mr Rickman and his connected parties hold 15,300 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.021% of the Company's issued share capital.
