The Company announces that on 7 June 2016, Mrs Desiree Slabbert, wife of Mr Peter Slabbert, Non Executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 158.36p per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction Mr Slabbert and his connected persons hold 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.015% of the Company's issued share capital.
