Suspension of share listing

Following the publication of Carclo's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019, on 13 November 2019, the Group has been working to finalise the interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2019 (the "Interim Results"). Unfortunately, the impact of the delay to the publication 2019 annual results, together with the work required to conclude the successful exit from the Wipac business, has meant that the Group was not able to publish the Interim Results by 31 December 2019 as required under the Disclosure & Transparency Rules.

As a result, the Company announces that it has requested the suspension of the listing of the Company's ordinary shares with effect from 07:30 today, pending the publication of the Interim Results.

Preparation of the Interim Results is well advanced and the Company will seek to publish these as soon as possible.  Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
