Carclo plc ("the Company")
The Company announces that 36,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") (the "New Shares") were allotted on 13 July 2016 as a result of the exercise of employee share options by an employee, in connection with the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme 2000. Application has been made for the New Shares, which rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. Admission of the New Shares is expected to occur on 20 July 2016 ("Admission").
Following Admission, the Company's total issued share capital will be 66,376,642 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 66,376,642. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
