Banking Covenant Adjustment
Carclo is pleased to announce that, following constructive discussions, it has reached agreement with its lending bank to amend the interest cover and net leverage covenants for the testing periods from June 2023 through to the maturity of the current facility in June 2025. This agreement remains subject to legal formalities which are expected to be concluded over the coming weeks.
