Retirement and Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Carclo plc (the "Company" or "Carclo") announces that Phil White has given notice of his retirement and has stepped down from his role as Chief Financial Officer and as a Director of the Company with effect from 14 November 2022.  Phil will remain with the Company until his retirement in June 2023 in order to ensure a smooth transition to the new CFO.

The Board of Carclo (the "Board") is pleased to announce the promotion of David Bedford to Chief Financial Officer and appointment as a Director of the Company with effect from 14 November 2022.  David joined Carclo in September 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer of the CTP Division.

David is a chartered accountant and holds a degree in Economics & Accounting from the University of Bristol.  He brings extensive UK and international finance leadership experience gained within a range of well-respected organisations.  His most recent role was as Group Finance Director of Synectics plc from 2020 to 2022.  Having qualified with Deloitte & Touche in 1994, David joined Price Waterhouse's corporate finance group.  David held a number of senior finance positions within IMI Precision, the largest division of IMI Plc, between 2005 and 2020.  Prior to IMI, David spent 7 years with Jaguar Land Rover.
