Board Changes

Carclo plc (the "Company") announces that Matt Durkin-Jones has informed the Board of his intention to step down from his role as Interim Chief Financial Officer and as a Director of the Board with effect from 17 December 2020.  Matt had joined the Board for an initial six-month term on 21 January 2020.

Commenting, Nick Sanders, Executive Chairman said:

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Matt for his service over the previous months.  We extend him every good wish for the future."

The search for his successor is underway.
