Carclo plc (the "Company") announces that Mark Rollins has informed the Board of his intention to step down from his role as Non-Executive Chairman and as Director of the Board with immediate effect for personal reasons.  Mark has been Chairman of the Company since 2018.

Peter Slabbert, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director will chair the Company's Board meetings in the interim period, whilst a search for Mark's successor is undertaken.

Commenting, Antony Collins, Group Chief Executive said:

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Mark for his service over the last two years.  Mark has shown strong leadership in a difficult time and made a valuable contribution to the Group.  We extend him every good wish for the future."
