Board changes

The Board is pleased to announce that Joe Oatley will be appointed to the Carclo Board as a Non-Executive Director, and the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 20 July 2018. He is currently a Non-Executive Director at Wates Group Limited and Redhall plc. Previously he was Group Chief Executive of Cape plc ("Cape") from 2012 to 2017. Prior to joining Cape he was Chief Executive of Hamworthy plc.

There are no further disclosures relating to Joe Oatley required under paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules.
