Cleansing Notice
On 29 May 2020, Carbonxt Group Limited (ASX:CG1 or the ‘Company’), issued 721,785 new fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) at an issue price of $0.1892 per Share. Of those Shares 475,686 Shares were issued to Directors in lieu of Director’s fees, as approved at the EGM held on 1 May 2020. The remaining Shares were issued to employees in lieu of salary payments.
The Shares were issued on 29 May 2020 and will rank equally with all other Shares on issue.
The Company issued the Shares without a disclosure document to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporation Act.
The Company gives the following notice under Section 708A5(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Act):

- The Company issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;
-
- As at the date of this notice the Company has complied with:
-
a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and
-
b) section 674 of the Act; and
-
- As at the date of this notice, there is no information that is “excluded information” within the meaning of Sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act.
