ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

NOTIFICATION OF RELEASE OF RESTRICTED SECURITIES FROM ESCROW

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Carbonxt Group Limited (ASX: CG1) advises that 253,338 fully paid ordinary shares currently held under escrow are due to be released on 30 June 2018, and will be available for trade from Monday 2 July. These restricted securities were subject to escrow restrictions for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.

The Company will lodge an Appendix 3B with the ASX applying for the quotation of these shares on 2 July 2018.
