REQUEST FOR SUSPENSION

Carbonxt Group Limited ACN 097 247 464 ( CG1 or the Company ) requests the suspension of quotation of its ordinary shares from 21 September 2022 in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, pending an announcement regarding a capital raise. The suspension will continue until the Company can release said announcement which is expected to be on Friday 23 September 2022.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
