Carbonxt Group Limited – Admission and Commencement of Official Quotation

Description

Carbonxt Group Limited (the “Company”) was admitted to the official list of ASX Limited (“ASX”) on Wednesday, 17 January 2018.

Official quotation of the Company’s securities is expected to commence at 12:00pm AEDT on Tuesday, 23 January 2018.

The Company raised approximately $10 million pursuant to the offer under the replacement prospectus dated 30 November 2017 as varied by the supplementary prospectus dated 18 December 2017 (the “Prospectus”) by the issue of 14,285,715 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.70 per share.
