NOTIFICATION OF RELEASE OF RESTRICTED SECURITIES FROM ESCROW

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Carbonxt Group Limited (ASX: CG1) advises that 571,038 fully paid ordinary shares currently held under escrow will be released on 21 June 2018. These restricted securities were subject to escrow restrictions for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.

The Company will lodge an Appendix 3B with ASX applying for the quotation of these shares on 21 June 2018.
