New Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary Appointed

• Experienced industry finance professional, Rebecca Prince, joins Carbonxt as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

• Previous CFO, Adrian Figueroa, to take on an operational role managing the Company’s logistics and manufacturing requirements

• Ms Prince brings over 15 years’ experience and an extensive background working within the water treatment and industrial chemicals sectors

Carbonxt Group Ltd (ASX:CG1) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rebecca Prince to Chief Financial Officer and joint Company Secretary.

Prior to joining Carbonxt, Ms Prince was the CFO at leading US distributor AllChem Industries, which specialises in the fields of water treatment and industrial chemicals. Having previously spent nearly ten years with the distributor, based in Gainesville, Florida, USA she brings extensive knowledge and background within the water treatment and industrial chemical sectors.

Before working in the industry, she worked within management consulting firm, Protiviti, and at professional services and accounting firm, Ernst & Young in Australia. She is pursuing an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has a BA and LLB from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.
