The Board of Directors of Axxis Geo Solutions ASA has today approved the financial statements for 2020 for both the Group and the Parent company. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with IFRS.

There are no changes in the numbers compared with the preliminary results published 24 February 2021. There is one classification in the cash flow statement for the converted trade payables to loans from financing activity net proceeds from loans to operating activity other working capital changes of USD 31.4 million.
