Invitation to a presentation of the merger of Songa Bulk ASA and Axxis Geo Solutions AS

Oslo, 23 April 2019: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 16 April 2019 regarding Songa Bulk ASA (“Songa Bulk”) and Axxis Geo Solutions AS (“AGS)” entering into a joint merger plan, pursuant to which Songa Bulk will assume the assets, rights and obligations of AGS against issuance of shares in Songa Bulk to existing shareholders of AGS.

A presentation about AGS and the merger will be held tomorrow, 24 April 2019, at 12:00 CEST at Felix Conference Center, Bryggetorget 3, Aker Brygge, in Oslo, Norway.

The presentation will be hosted by Lee Parker, CEO and Co-founder of AGS and Svein Knudsen, CFO of AGS.
