Reference is made to the stock exchange release earlier today where information with respect to the reconstruction proposal for Axxis Geo Solutions ASA (the "Company") was provided. As part of the reconstruction process, the Company hereby calls for an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 28 April 2021. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, shareholders are urged not to participate in person but rather to provide proxies.
