Songa Bulk ASA - proposed dividend

The board of directors of Songa Bulk ASA has today resolved to propose to the general meeting distribution of an extraordinary dividend in the amount equal to the remaining Consideration Shares in Star Bulk held by the Company. The extraordinary dividend will be based on an audited interim balance sheet to be approved by the extraordinary general meeting.

Further information regarding the dividend payment and key dates will be disclosed together with the notice for the extraordinary general meeting, expected to be held on or about 3 October 2018.
