Aquila Holdings ASA announces disposal of all shares in Arbaflame

Oslo, Norway – 27 January 2025

Aquila Holdings ASA has today disposed all shares in Arbaflame AS. The net proceeds from the sale was NOK 4.5M, representing a gain of NOK1.25M compared to the book value of NOK 3.25M per the Q3 2024 earnings release.
