Reference is made to previous stock exchange releases by Axxis Geo Solutions ASA (the "Company") in connection with a private placement and the conversion of debt as part of the reconstruction of the Company. Havila Holding AS will receive 4,800,000 shares in the Company in connection with the debt conversion, and will hold 20,349,434 shares in the Company, equal to approx. 1.06 % of the total number of shares in the Company following registration of the share capital increase pertaining to the aforementioned private placement and debt conversion with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
