Urtiven AS hereby notifies you according to the Securities Trading Act that Urtiven AS has on September 21, 2021 sold 4,000,000 shares in Carbon Transition ASA.

Urtiven AS´ holding in Carbon Transition ASA was thereby reduced from 12,000,000 shares (equivalent to 5.49 % of the shares and votes in issue) to 8,000,000 shares (equivalent to 3.76 % of the shares and votes in issue).

The purchasers of 3,000,000 of the shares from Urtiven AS are Jikell AB and Ribby Fastigheter AB, both part of the same company group as Allfadern AB (holder of 1/3 of the shares in Urtiven AS). The remaining 1,000,000 shares were purchased by a private investor associated with the Urtiven shareholders.

The disclosure obligation was triggered by a crossing below the 5 % threshold of the total number of voting rights and shares in issue in Carbon Transition ASA.
