SBULK-ME: Disclosure of large shareholding

Reference is made to announcement by Songa Bulk AS

("Songa Bulk", Merkur: SBULK-ME) on 1 February 2017 in

respect of purchase of vessel Songa Glory, directed

share issue, and appointment of new director.

Following up on such announcement, North East Star

Maritime Ltd. (as further described in the notice by

Songa Bulk) hereby gives notice that it has taken

delivery of 1,000,000 shares of Songa Bulk on 7

February 2017, such shareholding representing 6.305%

of the shares and votes of Songa Bulk. North East Star

Maritime Ltd. had no prior holding in Songa Bulk and

does not hold any rights to additional shares or votes.
