Shipholding AS to Songa Trading Inc. at NOK 39.60 per share. The buyer
and the seller are both companies 100 % controlled by Arne Blystad and
his related parties. The transfer was made directly between the seller
and buyer.
The total shareholding controlled by Arne Blystad is 4 711 900 shares
of Songa Bulk.
