Carbon Transition announces changes in management

Oslo, 6 December 2021

Nils Haugestad has been named interim CEO of Carbon Transition ASA as of 6 December 2021. Mr. Haugestad will also remain in his position as CFO.

Bjørn Gisle Grønlie, Chairman of Carbon Transition ASA, will assume the position of Executive Chairman and assist the company in this interim period.
