Axxis Geo Solutions appoints new CFO and CCO

Lysaker, 1 April 2020.

Axxis Geo Solutions ASA (AGS) has today appointed Mr. Nils Haugestad as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). At the same time, Mr. Svein Knudsen was appointed Chief Commercial Officer (“CCO”). Mr. Knudsen has held the position as CFO in AGS for approximately 2 years and will now resume new responsibilities in the Company’s Executive Committee.

Mr. Haugestad has over the last 8 years held the position as CFO in Seabird Exploration Plc. He will bring this experience together with a vast global investment banking knowledge to the Company.
