Carbon Transition ASA - minutes from Extraordinary General Meeting

Oslo, 18 August 2022

The extraordinary general meeting of Carbon Transition ASA was held today. The proposed resolutions were adopted with the requisite majority. In connection with the general meeting, the company’s shareholders have elected Mr Ketil Skorstad as a new member of the board of directors. Ms Nina Skage has been appointed chairperson and Mr Torstein Sanness will continue his position as board member. The new board, together with management, will commence a review of the company’s strategy.
