Reference is made to the notice to Axxis Geo Solutions ASA's (the "Company") annual general meeting as published in the stock exchange announcement on 1 June 2021. To the item number 12 on the agenda, election of auditor, the Board of Directors proposes to elect PricewaterhouseCoopers AS as the Company's auditor.
