ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING COMPLETED

The annual general meeting (the "AGM") of Axxis Geo Solutions ASA (the "Company") was held today, 30 June 2020 at 10:00 CET.

All items were resolved in accordance with the Board of Directors' proposals and the Nomination Committee's recommendations. Following the AGM, the Board of Directors currently consist of Christian Huseby (chairman), Vibeke G. Fængsrud, Eirin M. Inderberg, Nina Skage and Njål Sævik.

The minutes of meeting are attached hereto.
