Proposed new board of directors of Songa Bulk ASA

Oslo, 13 May 2019: Reference is made to item 11 of the notice of the annual general meeting in Songa Bulk ASA to be held on 16 May 2019 at 10:00 CET (the "AGM"), enclosed to the company's stock exchange notice of 25 April 2019.

Please find attached the recommendation for the new board of directors of Songa Bulk ASA. The new board is conditional on and takes effect from the time of completion of the merger with Axxis Geo Solutions AS, subject to the approval by the AGM.
