Call for extraordinary general meeting

Lysaker, 11 October 2019

The Board has decided to call for an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 1 November 2019 at 10:00 Norwegian time in the Company’s premises at Strandveien 50, 1366 Lysaker. Please find attached the calling notice with enclosures. With respect to the agenda items relating to share capital increases, reference is made to the stock exchange release of 10 October 2019 regarding the successfully placed private placement.
