HuntTogether Game Release Date Postponed on Meta Quest PlatformTheManagement Board of Carbon Studio S.A., based in Chorzów [_quot;Company,_quot;_quot;Issuer_quot;], in reference to the ESPI report No. 20/2023 published onDecember 6, 2023, announces that in agreement with its subsidiary IronVR S.A., based in Chorzów [_quot;Iron VR_quot;], it has decided to postpone therelease date of the Hunt Together game [_quot;Game_quot;] to January 25, 2024. Theoriginal release date was scheduled for January 18, 2024.Accordingto the Issuer's Management Board, the decision to delay the Game'srelease date will allow the Issuer to conduct more extensive marketingactivities and optimally choose the publishing window to reach thewidest possible audience of players.TheManagement Board informs that the Issuer's intention for the Game to bereleased in February 2024 on PCVR platforms with the Meta Quest x PCVRCrossplay option remains unchanged.

TheIssuer considers the above information significant due to the fact thatthe Game's release may have a significant impact on the Issuer'sfinancial results.
