Raging Bull Mining Update

Carbine Resources Limited (ASX:CRB) wishes to advise the Company has been informed by Raging Bull Mining that it has entered into an exclusivity agreement for a period of 10 days with a potential acquirer of the 25% interest in the Mount Morgan Gold Copper Project. Raging Bull Mining has therefore ceased discussions with the Company during this period.

There is no certainty that Raging Bull Mining will dispose of its interest to the third party or if discussions between Raging Bull Mining and the Company will re-commence. The Company will continue to assess its position and provide an update when information on this matter becomes available.
